Responsabilities
  • Prepare, prime, and paint surfaces for residential and light commercial projects
  • Handle both interior and exterior painting with precision and care
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site while following company safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with clients
  • Ensure quality control and timely completion of all assigned tasks
  • Apply primers, sealers, and paints to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Mix and match paints to achieve the correct colors
  • Use brushes, rollers, and sprayers for various applications
  • Set up scaffolding and ensure that you have covered all fixtures before painting
  • Protect non-paintable surfaces with coverings and tape
  • Perform detailed finish work on trim, edges, and cabinets
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
  • Follow all safety protocols for ladders, scaffolding, and materials
  • Keep the worksite clean and organized daily
  • Arrive on time and adhere to project schedules, ensuring timely completion of work

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in tile installation across residential projects and the ability to deliver precise, high-quality finishes. Qualifications
  • Proven professional experience in residential tile installation.
  • Knowledge of substrate preparation and installation techniques.
  • Proficiency with tile tools (wet saws, trowels, floats).
  • Familiarity with different types of tiles and flooring (ceramic, porcelain, stone, etc.)
  • Ability to read layouts and perform precise cuts.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Understanding of on-site safety protocols.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials and kneel for extended periods.
  • Expertise in troweling and providing the correct pitch for drainage.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
  • Meticulous eye for detail.
Responsabilities
  • Measure, cut, and shape tile to fit around obstacles and designated patterns.
  • Prepare interior substrates (walls, floors, showers) for installation.
  • Apply mortars, adhesives, grouts, and sealants.
  • Install tile in bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
  • Ensure precise alignment, spacing, and finishing.
  • Repair or replace existing tile and underlying materials as needed.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in clean, working order.
  • Follow all safety protocols for tools and materials.
  • Keep the worksite clean, organized, and safe.
  • Arrive on time and adhere to project schedules, ensuring timely completion of work.
